These are vineyard-specific wines which the most ardent wine enthusiast would be rewarded in discovering. The level of excellence for a Showcase wine may require extra processing steps and/or lengthier cellaring time to show at their peak. All Showcase reds include “Crushed Grape Packs” for true, on-the-skins fermentation. All of the natural virgin skins and solids from variety-specific grapes are captured for extra extraction of aromatics, flavour, tannin, colour and body .
